Spicy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. roast
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 tsp. cumin
    4 to 6 potatoes, quartered
    1 large onion
    6 to 7 strips bacon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 carrots, quartered
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Rub garlic over roast.
    Put bacon on roast.
    Mix flour, cumin and pepper in large roasting bag.
    Add roast and vegetables along with water.
    Cut holes in bag (1/2-inch slits in top).
    Place in shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes per pound.
