English Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. pecans, halved
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
5 Tbsp. water
3 (6 oz.) chocolate bars, crumbled
Preparation

Grease a 2 foot long piece of aluminum foil with butter. Place pecan halves in single layer.
Boil sugar, water and butter until light golden brown.
Quickly pour over pecan halves and sprinkle crumbled chocolate on top.
Spread with spatula.
Chop remaining pecan halves and sprinkle on top.
Cool in refrigerator. Break into small pieces.
