Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. banana pulp, mashed
1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mash bananas and measure 1 cup of pulp. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Beat for 1 minute.
Add the nuts and mix well.
Pour in a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
