Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen broccoli and carrots
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. boneless beef, cut into thin strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package.
    Drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add beef, onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
