Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small sliced cauliflower
    1 green pepper, sliced 2-inch strips
    2 stalks celery, cut 1-inch pieces (1 c.)
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar pimientos, cut in pieces (optional)
    olives, black, stuffed or any you prefer (optional)
    drained small mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Place veggies and marinade in a large pan.
    Bring to a boil. Stir and reduce heat.
    Cover and cook only 5 minutes; cool. Refrigerate 24 hours.
