Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. shredded zucchini
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Grease and flour loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Add maraschino cherries, if desired.
