Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
Preparation

Cream the first 3 ingredients together and press evenly in a 9-inch square pan (ungreased).
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Pour over hot crust and bake about 25 minutes longer (until no imprint remains when touched lightly in center).
Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 16.
