Cream Puff Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    1 c. less 1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Add shortening and water; stir over high heat until boiling rapidly.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir briskly.
    Remove from heat and break eggs one at a time.
    Should be smooth and glossy.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Slit and place into oven (turned off) for 5 to 10 minutes.
