Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti macaroni (No. 50)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare your favorite sauce or use 2 jars ready made sauce. In Dutch oven, prepare ziti macaroni as directed; drain and set aside.
    In same pan, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
