St. Pat'S Day One-Pot Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 slabs corned beef brisket
    6 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch lengths
    8 boiling size onions, peeled
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 large cabbage, cut into wedges
    water
Preparation
    Three hours before serving time, rinse meat well to remove salt brine.
    Place in a large stew pot. Cover with water.
    Bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer.
