Low-Fat Chicken Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fat-free tortillas
2 c. cooked chicken breast
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. prepared salsa
2 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
Preparation

Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside.
In a large, non-stick skillet, place chopped chicken, taco seasoning mix and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Stir in salsa and black olives.
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Keep covered until used.
Divide and spoon warmed refried beans into tortilla shell.
Top with chicken mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Roll up and serve.
