Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk ground sausage
    6 slices white bread (remove crust)
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    5 large eggs
    2 c. whole milk or half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter.
    Cut into cubes.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Put bread cubes in bottom.
    Put sausage on bread.
    Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour on top.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
