Shredded Chicken Taco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked and shredded chicken
1 c. thick and chunky picante
1 box white corn taco shells
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. shredded lettuce
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce
sliced ripe olives for garnish (if desired)
sour cream for garnish (if desired)
Preparation

In skillet, combine chicken and picante; mix well.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Heat taco shells on baking sheet in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
Fill each shell with 1/4 cup chicken mixture.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black olives, taco sauce and sour cream.
