Delicate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
2 c. pastry flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add milk and beat.
Add flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat well after each addition and beat vigorously.
Bake in a well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Frost with mocha frosting.
