Butterscotch Overnight Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 c. shortening (half oleo)
    1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. soda dissolved in a little hot water
    6 c. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Mix and form into rolls and wrap in wax paper.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice in 1/4-inch slices and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
