Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. melted butter or margarine (reserve 1/2 for topping)
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix 2 packages broccoli according to package directions; cook until moisture is gone or firm.
    Pour in milk, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, salt, onion and cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish.
