Make-Ahead Asparagus Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar Kraft Roka Blue cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 beaten egg
    1 large loaf sandwich white bread
    1 can asparagus spears
    2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Spread cheese mixture generously on bread slices.
    Place asparagus on edge of bread (cut to fit) and roll bread with asparagus in center.
    Cut in thirds.
    Dip each appetizer in melted margarine.
    Freeze on cookie sheet.
    When frozen, store in freezer bags.
