Skillet Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. stick margarine
    2 pkg. French-cut green beans, thawed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream; sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
