Macaroni & Cheese(Macaroni & Cheese For 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb macaroni
    3 gal boiling water
    9 1/2 Tbsp salt
    16 slightly beaten eggs
    3 lb grated American Cheese
    5 c milk
    1 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water with 5 1/2 Tbsp salt.
    Drain and rinse.
    Add macaroni to slightly beaten eggs, grated cheese and remaining salt and pepper.
    Place in 10 x 20 inch pan.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hours or until firm.
    Cut into two inch squares.
    Serve at once.
