Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg
    enough sweet milk for a thin mixture
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Place large skillet with 5 tablespoons of bacon drippings in oven.
    When skillet and drippings are very hot, pour drippings in cornmeal mixture.
    Stir and pour back into skillet.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
