Skillet Chops 'N Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 lb.) pork chops
salt and pepper
1 can onion soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. rice
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet.
Drain fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove chops from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Add water and celery.
Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in rice. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
