Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 cans water or milk
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and tarragon (if desired)
Preparation
    In casserole, put rice and chicken, skin side up.
    Beat together the soup, water (milk) and seasonings and pour over chicken/rice.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done and brown, approximately another 30 minutes.
