Bob'S Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 habanero peppers (also called scotch bonnet)
6 green jalapeno peppers
3 red jalapeno peppers
6 serrano peppers
6 yellow hot banana peppers (hungarian wax)
1 large red or yellow bell pepper
2 anaheim peppers
1 poblano pepper
1 white onion
3 large garlic cloves - sliced
1 tomatillo
3-4 firm roma tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Handful of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt free 17 seasonings
1 tbsp. vinegar (use to rinse tomato sauce can)
1/2 tsp. lime juice
Preparation

Clean peppers - remove stems and white membranes (not all seeds).
Chunk onions.
Put garlic cloves & onions in food processor, (large size) coarsely chop.
Add seasonings.
Chunk all peppers and add to food processor.
Process peppers into coarsely chopped pieces.
Chunk tomatoes and tomatillos and add to food processor.
Process tomatoes and tomatillo and parsley.
Add tomato sauce and vinegar.
Process all in food processor until mixed.
DO NOT OVER PROCESS.
LEAVE COARSE.
Makes 4 7 oz. jars.
