Nutty-Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in buttermilk, egg, oil and vanilla.
    Drop 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet.
    Make 4-inch pancake.
    Makes 4 servings.
