Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. chopped nuts
12 or more graham crackers, crushed
Preparation

Melt butter, add butterscotch chips and stir until melted over low heat.
Beat egg well.
Add sugar, marshmallows and nuts to egg.
Add egg mixture to butter mixture, stir well.
Place mixture on crushed graham crackers and work and roll to form a long log-like roll.
(It's easier to form 2.) Chill and slice.
