Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 c. carrots
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. McKay chicken seasoning
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. process American cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (fat-free)
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook carrots for 15 or 20 minutes in water and seasoning. Saute onions in butter.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese, sour cream and milk, blend well.
Stir in carrots.
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
