Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes
3 c. vinegar
3 bell peppers, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in heavy cooker.
Cook on medium heat until desired thickness.
Seal in hot sterilized pint jars or refrigerate.
Yields 6 pints.
