Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    3 cans beef consomme
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Pour raw rice into casserole; add soup.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add onion to soup.
    Pour melted mixture over rice and margarine. Recipe can be halved.
