Clam Chowder(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. clams with broth (2 cans baby New Orleans)
    4 slices bacon
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
Preparation
    Chip bacon.
    Add onions; fry until brown.
    Put strained clams and potatoes in; cover with just enough water to cook.
    When done and some water has evaporated, add clam liquid, milk and seasonings.
    Make a paste of melted butter and flour to thicken chowder to desired consistency.
