California Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    2 tsp. grated, fresh orange rind
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    cinnamon sticks (optional)
Preparation
    In 1-quart glass measuring cup, combine cocoa and sugar.
    Add about 1/2 cup of milk to make smooth paste, then stir in remaining milk, orange rind and almond extract; blend thoroughly.
    Microwave on High (10) for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Pour into mugs and add cinnamon sticks for flavor or stirring.
