Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 zucchini, sliced
    fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.
    Shake container often.
    Serve drained, but save liquid to store leftovers.
    Will keep for at least 1 week in refrigerator.
