Crowd Pleaser Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower flowerets
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 oz. or 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. chopped ham
    3 c. fresh bread crumbs, tossed with 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower in slightly salted water.
    Cook to crisp-tender.
    Drain and set aside.
