Linguine With Sauce Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 c. chicken broth
    mustard
    3/4 c. skim milk Ricotta cheese
    juice
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    shrimp or lobster
    1 large garlic clove
    parsley, minced
    1 (16 oz.) linguine
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
Preparation
    Process, except pasta and almonds, in a food blender.
    Heat to taste.
    Cook pasta as directed on package.
    Serve linguine with sauce and almonds, tossed to coat.
    Makes 8 servings.
