Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Toss together lightly the sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
