Simple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached white flour
    1/4 c. brewers yeast
    1/3 c. soy flour
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add water.
    Make small round portions.
    Roll small balls out like pancakes.
    Fry pancakes on griddle pan (no oil) for 3 minutes and turn.
    Place in broiler at 350\u00b0.
    They are done when they pop up like a pita (5 to 10 minutes).
    Fill with tuna and cheese or spread with butter and honey.
    Yummy!
