Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 slices soft bread
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 diced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and add milk, then beat until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Roll in cornflake crumbs.
    Place in baking dish.
    Put catsup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
