Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. zucchini, grated
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add milk and eggs.
Add zucchini, vanilla and orange peel and rest of ingredients.
Bake in a tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when done.
