Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. egg whites
    1 qt. whipping cream
    1 lb. sweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. chocolate flavoring
Preparation
    Melt sweet chocolate in double boiler.
    Do not boil or overheat.
    Stir until melted.
    Cool.
    Whip egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Gradually add melted chocolate.
    Last, fold in whipped cream and flavorings.
