Eck'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs (1 at a time, beat after each addition)
    1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans and fill half full. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
