Barbecue Pork (Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced
    4 to 5 lb. Boston butt (beef roast)
    2 c. water
    1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce (hickory flavor better on beef)
    miscellaneous spices (oregano, basil, garlic, etc.)
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Add onion, sprinkles of spices and water.
    Cook on low overnight.
    Separate bone and fat; mince meat. Clean pot and replace meat.
    Add bottle of barbecue sauce and cook on low for 8 hours more.
    Stir 2 to 3 times while cooking. Serve on hamburger buns.
