Snappy Holiday Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 lb. raw carrots, peeled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until limp.
    Using a food processor, coarsely shred or thinly slice the carrots.
    Add to onion and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
    Mix in mayonnaise, horseradish and seasoning.
