Spiced Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3/4 c. cold water
    7 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add water, oil and egg yolks.
    Beat until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.
    Bake in an ungreased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
    Immediately invert pan and cool. Remove from pan.
