Hot Sausage And Pepper Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    4 medium green peppers
    3 small onions
    2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 cans water
Preparation
    Brown garlic and sausage in olive oil.
    Add onions and peppers 5 minutes before sausage is done.
    Remove sausage and drain all but 1 tablespoon oil.
    Cut sausage into 2 inch pieces. Add tomato paste, water and sausage.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve on crusty, hearty rolls or as a side dish for a buffet.
