Greek Collards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch collards
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large can tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
    1 ham hock
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash collards.
    Remove any tough stems.
    Cut in small strips. Place in large saucepan in pressure cooker.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until tender.
