Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    3 pkg. dry yeast or 1 cake compressed yeast
    4 c. flour, added gradually
Preparation
    Knead dough and let rise twice.
    Make into rolls and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
