Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. orange Jell-O
    3 oz. tapioca pudding (not instant)
    3 oz. vanilla pudding (instant)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Add 3 cups water and cook until thickens. Cool 2 hours.
    Add 9 ounce tub Cool Whip.
    Drain 1 can Mandarin oranges and add.
