Arroz Con Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    2 tomatoes
    1 large onion
    parsley
    capers
    1 jar olives
    1 can tomato paste
    garlic clove
    salt and pepper
    1 can pimentos
    1 small can green peas
    2 c. rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Fry garlic in oil and remove garlic.
    Saute chicken (hot oil). Add onion, tomato, parsley, paste and 1 can of water.
    Remove chicken when done and take meat off bone and save.
    Use juice from chicken to cook rice in.
    When rice is almost done, add chicken, capers, pimentos, olives and green peas.
