Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sauerkraut, chopped
2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil vinegar and sugar together for one or 1 1/2 minutes. Pour on kraut.
Let stand overnight.
