Birchermuesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    milk
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    3 to 7 kinds of fruit *
    1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice (if using apples and/or bananas, to keep them from browning)
    chopped nuts and sugar or honey to taste
    1 c. whipped or sour cream or yogurt
Preparation
    *I always include mashed fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries with their juice to give it a pink color.
