Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled chicken, deboned
    1 large onion, chopped
    Velveeta cheese (Mexican-style)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 bag Doritos chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Place chicken in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle onion over chicken.
    Slice cheese over chicken completely.
    Place mushrooms over cheese; crumble Doritos over mushrooms.
    Blend soups and tomatoes together and pour over chips.
    You may want to top this off with a little more cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
